N LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 CRISIS WE HAVE BEEN DEEMED AN ESSENTIAL BUSINESS BY GOVERNOR LAMONT AND WILL CONTINUE TO BE HERE FOR YOU TO WORK TO MEET YOUR NEEDS DURING THESE TRYING TIMES

Our business hours remain the same Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m, to 5:00 p.m. In order to do our part and maintain social distancing we will be conducting all appointments via phone or video conference.

Bankruptcy court is still operational, although, currently all hearings are telephonic. We are continuing to take on new clients, work on our current files and file bankruptcy petitions with the Connecticut and Massachusetts Bankruptcy Courts. All petitions are and will remain to be e-filed with the Courts.

Real estate purchase and sale transactions are continuing to move forward as well. We are accepting new clients and will assist you in any way we can.

Documents from current and new clients can be transmitted to us via email, fax or in the document drop box down in our reception area. Please give us a call and we can make arrangements.
